I'm not sure about the choice for Bella though. I do think Twilight is a great idea. And book two...it is slow. But I think that's the pace of the books from this point on. The new one is out in August I think. I really think she'll go vamp and it will be about her using her special power. That's kind of hinted at in book III, I thought. I'm weird enough to see the appeal. It's not that I've dated any Vampires or guys who glittered in the sunlight (though either would have been cooler than burping the pledge of allegiance), but I thought that was a fun twist on forbidden love. At first I wasn't going to read it. I'm not a sci-fi girl, not into campy vampire stuff. What finally sold me (other than everybody talking about it) was I read an interview about the author. Apparently she loves Anne of Green Gables. Who knew?! :) I'm starting the second one tomorrow. I hear it moves kind of slow though :-/ (Did you guys know Cedric from the Harry Potter movies is playing Edward in the movie?
