My morning routine consists of sleeping through my alarm colck for an hour before i finally hear it and hit snooze a thousand times before i convince myself to get out of bed. Then it's just a matter of getting ready.

Tammy, you are a Facebook junkie! I relate.

Nicole, i can't even imagine what your morning is like. Wow.

Ashley, your discipline is impressive. But I'll keep talking to you anyway.

AJ, i have totally tried setting an alarm clock across the room. I still get up late. And mad.

Colene, if you could train one of your kitty recruits to open curtains, I would take one.

Bethany, you're also a very industrious morning person! Good job!

I usually jump out of bed when I hear the first baby stirring on the monitor. Since there are three of them in their separate cribs, they have a little morning pow-wow before they start demanding my attention. That gives me just enough time to take care of my *stuff* and get ready to face the day...and the babies.

ahahahahahahahaha! Do not even try to disrespect Beyonce, she will whip you with her weave.

I seriously get up when the alarm goes off because I don't set it with enough time to hit snooze and still have a job a few hours later.

Hi Jenny,
What a cute alarm clock and I've never said that before!

Ideas for how to get up in the morning:
First, have a friend who will come over every morning and pour ice water on you. Not having a friend that I trust that much, won't work for me.

Second, buy the loudest, ugliest sounding alarm clock you can find. Put it in the far corner of the room so that if you do not get out of bed it will blare for at least an hour.

Third, never have a snooze control button closer that fifteen feet of your bed.

If none of this works, try going to bed an hour early every night. The problem with that is there is too much fun stuff to do late at night: read, watch TV, talk on phone, eat snacks.

The other solution is to have a boss that understands that getting up in the morning is a bad way to start the day.

Happy awakings,

that is a pretty genius alarm clock if covers werent around...

my routine changes from day to day b/c of my husbands work schedule and mine but on a normal work day i wake up when my husbands in the shower, tell myself when he gets out its time to get up. (my phone is my alarm too and to make it snooze you just have to flip it over so i do that about 20x) and when it doesnt go off anymore, my husband has been long gone to work, my kitty comes in to sleep with me since he thinks im staying home all day,and im atleast 20 min behind
"schedule" i jump in the shower.
hope you can think of something. maybe train your kitty to open the curtains for you when the alarm goes off!

Interesting clock.. I don't have an alarm clock. It broke. So I use my phone if I need it.. but my morning routine:
Wake up either by
-Dog fussing
-Someone flushing (my room is next to the bathroom. yeah.)
-Someone slamming the door
-Someone going up and down the stairs.
Then I look at my phone (new blackberry-yes!) and check twitter and email and facebook.
Then I do my devos.
Then I get out of my bed. :)
And proceed with school work, then work, and all that jazz :)
